One of our members recently passed the 70-620 exam and earned himself the MCTS: Installing and Configuring Vista certification. The reason I am writing this is to help motivate others. This particular member, wrote the exam with me in December. At that time, I passed (3rd attempt) but he failed. He was discouraged to say the least. He did not know where he went wrong and to make matters worse, he tried it again later and failed again!
My point is this. He wrote the 70-620 exam for the third time today and passed. He feels like a million bucks and to him, I'll bet the grief was worth it. Nobody cares how many times you fail. If you get certified, that is what counts. These exams are HARD. If they weren't what would be the worth to certification?
I myself have also failed several exams. I have not abandoned any and rewrote all to complete certification. It has ALWAYS been worth the grief!
So if you just failed a certification exam, chin up. Write it again. If you commit, your success is guaranteed!
