Error 25156 occurs when installing SCOM Database on SQL 2005 Cluster

When installing the SCOM Database on SQL 2005 Cluster you are greeted with the following error:

In Cluster Administrator take the Group Containing the SQL instance resources offline.
In the Group which is now offline, Right click the SQL Server resource.
On the Dependencies tab, make sure that resources exist for all physical disks that the SQL cluster instance is installed on. If these resources do not exist, create them now and add them as dependencies.
Bring the group you took offline back online.
Test group failover and your issue is now resolved.
